This channel demonstrates equipment from Champion Trading Corporation in Marlboro, NJ. We are one of America's oldest family owned used equipment dealers established in 1906 and specializing in processing and packaging equipment. As a stocking dealer our inventory is tested as part of our evaluation of each piece of equipment as it is inventoried, to insure our clients know they are buying equipment in good working condition. The videos are shot in our rebuilding shop and usually include a demonstration of the item whenever possible.

Why we use gasket and buffels in heat exchanger.?
The manufactuer designed it that way, as a used equipment dealer we work with what is there or replace them for the test.
So this blends feet? Why feet specifically?

This unit was pressure rated only and not vacuum rated...hence we test only for pressure

No Clint ... it's sold to a California manufacturer... tested and sold in operating condition ... around 18K... I do know of another one here in NJ which is slightly larger.... drop me a line at dave@champtrading.com ... I may have some other options for you as well
Clear fittings in hydro test tell me sir
Not sure what your asking Alif, but, all fittings are cleaned before connections and in the case of threaded (NPT) fitting, these are "chased" or recut with a die ... our testing is all under 100 psi so this would be considered lower pressure testing
